5Quit reading reviews and just buy it… seriously.
By S. Zemlo
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R13I42WDX9GH5N Okay… I just want to say… knife elitists of the world, give it a rest! Seriously! Do you frankly suppose a “polished” edge you may shave with out of the box on each <$50 knife you buy??? Seems like your going to live a long disappointing life if that's the case. It's borderline mental, how critical humans are of a knife having "an okay edge" just blows my mind. Sorry… been bottling that up for a while now :) Anyway… I've owned my percentage of machetes… this is the best all around brush clearing, log batonning, zombie decapitating piece of steel you could hope for at this price. I know there's a lot of persons sitting in their towers pointing out perceived flaws anything marketed with a "celebrity" tag on it, and I'll confess that Mr. Grylls involvement in this sick example of machete technology had me questioning the actual quality of the product, but once I got it, I was convinced of Gerber's dedication to quality and innovation. Okay… that might be exuberant gushing, but I can't support it… I want to scream it from the rooftops! THANK YOU BEAR AND GERBER FOR THIS INCREDIBLE TOOL!

Oh yeah… and the sheath is better than just “sufficient” quality. It’s as lasting as you may get without going with a thick, heavy leather sheath and it’s super lightweight. It’s a great deal of kind of nylon material with a hard plastic lining. I’ve seen crappier sheaths trade for the same price you’re getting this one for but this one comes with an effing parang! Yeah… the snaps might not be the easiest thing to deal with, but with two of them AND a velcro strap at the top, that thing is never coming out by accident. Even if the lower snap comes unsnapped… who cares?! It doesn’t affect the sheaths capacity to incorporate the parang… BTW my sheath doesn’t have that problem, and doubt that it will be a deal breaker if it is a problem for other customers.

I will agree that the “survival” guide is finelooking pathetic, but to the city slicker who purchased this because they in truth love “that survivor guy with the cool name on TV” and consider being 10 miles or more from a Starbucks a “survival situation” it might have a great deal of value.

Pros: Sturdy construction with non-slip handle, more than sharp-enough hardened carbon blade, outstanding remainder and thick sufficient to do heavy chopping and batoning, nice heavy-duty sheath. This will help you build an aweinspiring lean-to and get you through at least the original 10 waves of an attacking zombie horde

Cons: It didn’t subsist 15 years ago when I was old sufficient to buy my initial machete. And you ought to genuinely consider the US Army survival guide or SAS pocket survival guide rather of the folded piece of paper you get with this machete.

Edit: I stand more or less corrected… I ordered another parang as a gift for my friend. When he opened it I took a look at it, and I was astonished to find the blade embarrassingly dull. I don’t recognise if I just got lucky, or if they stopped sharpening them as well after the introductory shipment went out (I pre-ordered mine), but the one I have was way sharper than the one I got for my friend. His is unquestionably going to need numerous work to get the razor edge that mine had… way to be consistent Gerber. Still love it though!!!

Edit: Gerber has a lifetime warranty with their knives… so if this parang ever gets to the point where it can’t be sharpened or if it is damaged from a good deal of sort of factory defect, they will merely replace it. From Gerber’s website:
“Gerber warrantees to the buyer that this product will be free of defects, in material and workmanship for as long as you own the product. This warranty does not cover harm due to rust, accident, loss, improper use, loss, abuse, negligence, or modification of or to any share of the product. Normal wear and tear is not covered underneath the warranty. If the product failed while being used as it was intended to be used, we will service underneath the warranty. At Gerber’s option, defective product will be repaired, replaced, or substituted with a product of equivalent value.”

5Bear Grylls Worthy
By GerberMan
Despite what every one may say, this is a great machete! (depending on how high your expected values are) This outstanding tool went above and beyond my expectations. The Parang is a heavy, heavy duty, thick, high carbon steel blade, sharp, lasting tool. There is no true negative to this tool. It has the design of a jungle tool but acts like a heavy responsibility woodsman machete. The handle is rubberized but feels like a brick and your hand and causes aches after even light use. I would give the handle 3/5. Should use gloves when using this item. Despite this, the blade goes beyond 5/5. Its heavy, lasting and sharp out of the box. Not razor sharp but sharp and has a outstanding design. Just the weight of the parang is sufficient to cut little limbs. Put a lot of strength behind it and it is a dangerous weapon! I commend it 100%! ONly $30…should be at least 50. Sheath gets 5/5, it is one of the few sheaths for blades that may genuinely be trusted. Its a durable, nylon sheath that has two belt loops and two buttons to open it plus a heap of velcro. Quite an amazing tool. THANKS BEAR GRYLLS!

3Works but…
By floyd411
Found the Grylls Parang on Amazon after hearing in regards to it and ordered it. Amazon is great to deal with and deliverance was on time with out problem.

The Parang is a outstanding handling tool (I have 2 other similar tools) and the grip is great for doing it is job.

Problem: on my introductory walk down my bush trail I used it to cut a good deal of winter harm hanging low and after with regards to 30 minutes of work the handle split up and down at the hilt. These were not huge divisions or vines, all were cut with one or two swings of the Parang.

I Emailed Gerber over 2weeks ago and have heard not one thing yet, I will undertake one more Email to get a new handle after that I guess I will make my own and lesson learned.

Home CashFlow Solution: Review

Home Cash Flow Solution is one of those websites that tell you if you sign up and compensate for an Internet cash making kit, you may begin making cash hand over fist over a amount of time of time, without putting in much time and work. Thousands of humans have signed up to this system and a lot of are claiming to be making big sums of money.

Does it work?

I joined up with HCFS as it is called for short, I was skeptical at primary because I did in truth recompense an introductory $97. To somebody who has no cash and no job, $97 was a lot of money. I signed up and I was thinking I in truth hope this is not too good to be true. Nine times out of ten programs that seem like they are too good to be true commonly are. Anyway I signed up and received all the selective information to get me started. Basically HCFS produces a a number of web sites for you that run on autopilot, you never have to create a internet site or stock any items. The internet sites go live with thousands of merchandise for sale and you don’t in truth have to lift a finger to have them built. The only thing you actually need to do is draw people to those internet sites to buy items.

How much cash may you make?

Most humans don’t want to recognise all the finer details, the main thing they want to recognise is how much cash they may make. The amount of cash you make in truth does depend on you, I made $2000 in the initial few weeks. I would say I wasn’t genuinely attempting as hard as I must have been due to the fact that I had other things going on in my life at that time. I employed the methods outlined in the system to fetch clients to my websites, it does say that the system is genuinely easy to implement, notwithstanding I am not very Internet savvy so it took me a couple of days to get employed to it. I know a few humans who have made five times the amount I made in the same space of time. I recognise that it works, notwithstanding if you buy the system and just fail to utilise it, you will not make money. You have to follow the scheme to the letter to make the cash you want to make. When you make sales the cash goes straight into your PayPal account, so you see the cash building up on a daily basis. You may genuinely get started making cash from the day you sign up with it.

Final Thought

Home Cash Flow Solution, I would say is one of those systems that at initial glimpse you think is one of those scams. Because to be honorable it does kind of look like it is too good to be true. However once you get started with it and begin putting in the effort to gain customers, you genuinely see real cash flowing into your account. Many people are skeptical with regards to whether or not it is possible to make a living working from home. My answer to that question would be that, it is possible to make money. However like any business, you do need to work at it and get employed to the methods outlined to replicate the success of other successful Home Cash Flow Solution members.
